10% spread on the price under the appraised value of the property from a state
licensed appraiser. Some programs, properties or deals will require more than
the 10% equity spread due to the risk, but many times we can work with just a
10% equity spread! We can often even get you as the end buyer into home
ownership with a home with a lot of equity in it for you! The value must be a
solid and accurate value as we will not accept inflated or pushed appraisal
values and we will order our own appraisal to confirm the value of a appraisal
given to us.
